Job Summary:

Manage and Administrate companywide IT Infrastructure and perform day-to-day System Administration tasks. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing technical support to company employees and customers, including optimizing hardware and software use.
• Software management including software installation and configuring computer systems.
• Support for a wide range of issues, including system installation and maintenance, networking, security, software troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Perform Cloud based and physical based infrastructure operation management
• Perform daily system and network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups for both on premise and on cloud platform.
• Backing up system ,restoring and Recover system.
• End-user support and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Coordinating with vendors and other third parties to support IT system.
• Ownership of IT asset inventory, Office network, phone, router, access points and local server management.
• IT document/ manual as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
• Experience minimum 1 Years in Systems Administrator, System Engineer (Microsoft, Linux, VMware, MS SQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Microsoft, Unix, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Oracle VM)
• Knowledge in AD,DNS ,DHCP, RDS ,Firewall and Network configuration
• Knowledge in Operation system ie. linux platform, windows platform.
• Knowledge IT cloud system ie. AWS
• Creative & Skilled in designing IT systems
• Good team work, self-disciplined and responsible
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time
• Knowledge in PHP programming and MySQL queries would be an advantage
